I liked that there were many convenient handicap parking places. Very easy Check in. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. I liked Dr. Zoltowska very much. She listened to what I had to say. Very professional and courteous.

Everyone in this office is very friendly, helpful and professional. Michelle, the nurse was very efficient, friendly, and professional. Dr Vora is very knowledgeable, impressive and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend Baptist Heart Specialist.

I have been very impressed with my visits to this location in Mandarin. The facility is clean and very well organized. Easy in/out and parking.
Staff is all very friendly. My appointments have always been done on time and in many cases I am taken back with the nurse even a little before the scheduled time I've never sat in the exam room waiting for Dr. Heckert for more than 5 mins (unheard of with most other physicians). He is always kind, makes you feel heard and encouraging.
Check out also very simple process.
I have already "bragged" about my experiences here several times in the last year. Not typically something I can say about any of my other specialists.

Felt Dr was knowledgeable about my condition. Dr went above needed kindness and respect during 1st visit to include my wife in the visit. Dr's office staff were friendly and professional. Day of the procedure medical staff were kind and patient from start to finish.
