I've been coming to Baptist Heart Specialists for many years. Dr [last name] was my doctor until he retired a few years ago. This week I saw Dr. Heckert for the first time. I really like him. He listened intently to what I had to say and giving advice. He took his time with me and I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out the way I do with other doctors. His staff were very helpful too.

I had no problem scheduling an appointment. I was seen promptly and not much of a wait to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Heckert was very thorough and kind and courteous. He had a way about him that made me feel less stressed.

Pam [last name] was particularly helpful in getting me an additional test promptly so I can be cleared for my scheduled surgery in 6 days.
