I had no problem scheduling an appointment. I was seen promptly and not much of a wait to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Heckert was very thorough and kind and courteous. He had a way about him that made me feel less stressed.

Great compassionate care from Dr Heckert to Pam [last name] at the check out desk. I felt well taken care of and valued. Dr Heckert listened and is very thorough. Pam [last name] was particularly helpful in getting me an additional test promptly so I can be cleared for my scheduled surgery in 6 days.
