Everyone from front desk to check out was so friendly and genuinely kind. Additionally, they run on time - very rare in medical arena. Dr. Heckert was very thorough, made sure I had a complete understanding of what the next steps are and why. Location is a five minute drive from our home. Waiting room is like a movie theater. We met Dr Heckert for the first time and was very pleased with how he listened and gave us positive feedback. He took time with my husband and myself and offered common sense solutions which we will follow. We both liked his approach and demeanor.
