Office staff is courteous, professional, and helpful. Check in nurse was pleasant and puts you at ease. Dr. Heckert puts you at ease, always has a reasonable plan, and is just nice. We are glad we changed to Dr. Heckert's practice. We already have trust and confidence in his healthcare plan for us. Highly recommend his practice.

Very short wait time before I was taken back. The nurse was very efficient and friendly. I have seen Dr. Heckert two times and really like him. He takes his time and explains everything.

The facility is 'peaceful', clean (without being sterile smelling), lots of seating and simply a pleasant environment. Check-in was easy, staff are welcoming. As for Dr Heckert - very, very nice. My first visit with him is encouraging. He is aware of my particular circumstances (had obviously read my medical file in preparation), gave explanations in lay-person terms, and how we should proceed with future care. I feel very confident that I have found the right cardiologist for me!!
