Dr [ ] and his team are great! I had an ablation procedure a month ago. I had a concern after two weeks and Dr [ ] took the time from his very busy schedule to see me and check on me. His nurse, Alex is great. Professional, compassionate and responds to my questions on the Baptist Portal promptly.
My follow up appointment with Eric Poovey went very well. I was seen promptly. I had a list of questions and concerns and Eric took his time and patiently answered all of my concerns and provided me with very great answers. He took his time explaining the result of my EKG. Eric is professional, has a great bedside manner and very patient. Very impressive.
Dr [ ] came in to see me after Eric Poovey was as usual very professional, impressive and always patient with a great bedside manner. He is also very knowledgeable.
His entire team is very impressive.
Results of my tests and visit were promptly available on my Baptist Portal.
I highly recommend Dr [ ], Eric Poovey at Baptist Heart.
