This will sound a bit, dramatic, but I sort of feel like they saved my life! I’m a 60-year-old female, never smoked, fairly fit, rarely drink, and all blood work, especially cholesterol levels, were very good. My primary referred me due to an abnormal EKG. They ordered a CT scan of my heart and discovered SCAD with an 85% blockage. Very soon after I had a heart Cath with the stent. I feel fantastic and apparently had been ignoring strange symptoms or excusing them for old age and menopause. I was very nervous, but Dr. Maguire and the entire staff made me feel so at ease.
