Ease of appointments. Location. Attractive facility. Efficient, polite, patient staff. Stayed on schedule. Doctor did not appear rushed and patiently reviewed and discussed history. Explained reasons for decisions about treatment which made me feel more involved and confident about health plan.

We didnt feel rushed at all. The nurse that checked us in, Alycia, was very thorough, professional and courteous. Then Dr.Z exceeded our expectations. She was also very thorough and explained everything. She patiently addressed my questions and concerns And made sure I understood her instructions. I had to change cardiologists since my previous one wasn’t available but I am very pleased with Dr.Z and the Cardiology Unit at Baptist South.
