Very efficient and staff could not be kinder. Dr was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He spoke “to” me not “at” me. Facility was clean and modern. Very pleasant experience!

The office staff are professional and friendly. They seem to actually like their jobs. Dr. Ross is just the BEST. He takes his time and answers all my questions. The procedure Dr Ross performed was highly successful and has made me very happy.

Very nice front desk personnel. Never have had to wait long to be seen by doctor which is very rare for other offices. And Dr. Austin is great! Really listens and is conservative which we like. I highly recommend Baptist Heart Specials and Dr. Austin!
