They take the time to talk to me about the issues, hear my concerns, and guide me on my health journey. They don't just mandate "this is what we do" they do a good job of listing my options available and setting a treatment course that addresses all of my concerns. They obviously have strong opinions on the best way to handle it, but it's nice to know why other options are not their first priority, and I at least know that my situation has been considered holistically.

This was the most impressive experience I’ve had in a hospital. Everyone was professional, kind, attentive, informative, quick to respond to alarms and calls. This hospital is 45 minute drive from my home but well worth it. The best hospital experience I’ve ever had. My husband was impressed as well and that’s something!!

It is quite simple to make an appointment and receive excellent service. The attendant was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that my insurance would cover the services provided. I was particularly impressed with my doctor, who took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and provide me with the most suitable treatment options.

The office staff is always very friendly, and the wait time is consistently 10 minutes or less. Dr. Mareedu takes the time to truly listen and carefully reviews my log sheet where I track my daily blood pressure readings. He is very professional and genuinely cares about my health and concerns. I especially appreciate that he is proactive with my care rather than waiting for something serious to happen.
