The employees are upbeat and efficient in their job. Most important, my appointment is with the doctor not a PA or RN. That's very important to me.

This visit went well. An unexpected EKG that took just a few minutes. Solid discussion with the doctor and I felt that I was in good health.

1) Every person in all the offices is friendly and professional. This includes folks we pass in the halls.
2). Each of our doctors actually listen to us which inspires confidence and trust.
3) Because of the above comments, we have transferred all our specialist and primary doctors to Baptist system.
4)might add that my husband and I have had appointments with doctors and a variety of tests. We have used emergency services and I have been a patient in the hospital. Each experience solidifies our opinion of Baptist.

My pcp wanted me to be seen by a cardiologist quickly and contacted this office and they were able to get me in and seen same day. Entire office staff friendly and very nice. The entire staff went out of there on way to assist me. Dr. was very nice and had taken the time to prepare for appointment with my records on file.
