Appointment was made quickly and when I arrived the check in was prompt and the wait short to see the doctor. Dr. Yousuf was very cordial, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Everyone on the staff was efficient and friendly.

I particularly liked the ease in making an appointment for a new patient. I was totally at ease as a new patient and felt the staff and physician took the time to put me at ease. It was a very comfortable visit. Test results and doctor’s notes were posted to portal in very timely fashion.

Impressed by the staff, it is a beautiful office . The doctor was kind, he answered my questions. Being a former nurse, I knew a lot of doctors and I was impressed with him and how he made me feel as a patient.

Check in and check out is seamless. The nurse/MA, not sure which, was very personable and efficient. I liked her a lot. The physician is the best! Love him!

First it was the convenience of location and availability of accessing an appointment. Second, the staff are wonderful. Octavia made the first impression with her kind demeanor and upbeat personality. Dr. Yousuf was also wonderful. Listened attentively to my concerns and offered clear cut information and a path to move forward. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yousuf to others.
