Parking is availabe, receptionists at check-in and out are very respectful, personable and efficient. Dr. Sattiraju is wonderful. He explains the condition, tests he can perform and asks your permission for him to order. I trust his knowledge and consideration of a senior patient. I recommend him at Baptist Clay to anyone

Ease of check-in. The assistant was very nice. Explained everything in detail, Dr Sattiraju was very prompt even with his busy day. He asked very professional questions and took time to explain everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything he presented.

We like all the Baptist Health facilities in our area. We have been to other facilities in the past and were just not happy with the care provided or the facilities themselves. The Baptist Health facilities, are always clean and well organized. The administrative and medical professionals are always top notch. Easy to talk to and very thorough in their explanations and care plans.

The office is clean, bright and runs very efficiently. Everyone from the person who checks you in, the assistant who does your vital signs, the doctor and the person who checks you out is kind, friendly, and professional. My visit was quick, all my questions and needs addressed and future plans discussed. I enjoy the Baptist Healthcare Group and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

All of the people at check-in and check-out are extremely caring. They act more like family than just employees. Dr. Sattiraju has been on top of his game with taking care of my husband. I like him very much.
