Receptionists was great. Check out great and assisted with referral. Lady that escorted us back to room and did ekg and updated status could have been a little more receptive (smile),
We were 10 minutes late due to rain and 1st week of school opening traffic.

Parking is availabe, receptionists at check-in and out are very respectful, personable and efficient. Dr. Sattiraju is wonderful. He explains the condition, tests he can perform and asks your permission for him to order. I trust his knowledge and consideration of a senior patient. I recommend him at Baptist Clay to anyone

Ease of check-in. The assistant was very nice. Explained everything in detail, Dr Sattiraju was very prompt even with his busy day. He asked very professional questions and took time to explain everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything he presented.
