Very friendly and efficient staff. They were short staffed the day I was there. Everyone was working very hard to make things run smoothly. DR Agarwal was nice and really made sure I understood what was going on with me. I felt comfortable and like I was in the right place.

Everyone at Baptist South is great. Very professional and also patient focused and friendly. Everyone that supports room 515 I owe you my deepest gratitude for taking care of me. Those in the Cath Lab, Nuclear treadmill area and imaging are great. The entire facility is first class.

I had a wonderful experience. I was schedule for an appointment and when I got there the appointment was not in the computer. The receptionist Malmela (Not sure if I spelled it right) but she was kind enough to speak with Dr Agarwal and he was able to squeeze me in. With my appointment mishap they went above and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks to the staff for a happy ending.

II was highly satisfied with my visit to the Baptist Cardiology Center on Roberts Road at Jacksonville Beaches. The nurse, Alf, was incredibly cordial, professional, and helpful. Since I have some difficulty walking, I deeply appreciated his patience and assistance in helping me get settled for my electrocardiogram (EKG). The entire staff, including my doctor, was exceptionally kind. Additionally, the clinic's environment was calm, clean, and welcoming.
