The office staff is always very friendly, and the wait time is consistently 10 minutes or less. Dr. Mareedu takes the time to truly listen and carefully reviews my log sheet where I track my daily blood pressure readings. He is very professional and genuinely cares about my health and concerns. I especially appreciate that he is proactive with my care rather than waiting for something serious to happen.

Very nice and clean, smelled great. The people were very nice and considerate people. Professional everything, doctors, nurses, cook /food personnel. Easy directions on how to navigate the buildings. Im definitely recommending Baptist South, already have, and will choose Baptist South if we ever need to go again. Thank you.

All the staff were competent and friendly. The nursing staff, Harold and Mary, treated me like an old friend and made me feel very comfortable. The OR room staff explained the process and were also very friendly. I always felt like I was in good hands.

Taking care of my health needs and scheduling appointments is extremely easy with My Chart. I have contact with my care providers and can ask questions or make appointments from anywhere. It is easy to get in and out of the facilities without difficulty. The Lab, at Baptist South Hospital is fast and covenant to use. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, great customer service.
