I dint have to wait long before I was called after I had checked in at the office. The nurse who checked me in was calm friendly welcoming and gave me time to settle into the room before taking my BP and weight. She was the ultimate professional in my eyes. I didn’t have to wait long before Dr Jain came into the room. He was also the ultimate professional and for a first visit he made me feel very comfortable and this allowed me to share all my issues with him. He gave me plenty of time to explain all my questions. The lady who checked me out was very professional and thorough and ensured that I had all the necessary information for future appointments before I left. I am so thankful that I am Baptist Health is taking care of my health after moving from New Hampshire.
