The expediency in the ER where they treated me when I was suffering a heart attack. The entire staff was professional, kind, thorough and efficient.
Once I was taken to a room where I spent 4 days, every person I encountered could not have given me better care. My nurses and CNA s on every shift were wonderful. They were compassionate, professional and gave me excellent care.
My room was comfortable, modern and private. The entire facility very clean and lovely. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff when you arrive, and short waiting time before your doctor arrived for your time to talk with him about your problem. Then easy checkout and setup for another visit later if needed.

Dr Jain was great. Very businesslike, was efficient in treating my multiple issues case, and treated me like an adult who stays very involved in my own care. I appreciated his "bedside manner" very much!

Very short wait. All employees from the preparation room to the cath lab were extremely friendly and thorough. Went out of their way to make me comfortable especially my nurse Nang. She was incredible!

Very clean and well maintain facility! Top notch staff and doctors! After several visits, I feel my expectations have been met and usually exceeded from all the staff. Even the medical workers (who mainly check blood pressure,temperature, etc.) perform in a professional manner. Also, the entire medical staff appear to get along with one another.This positive "group effort" helps make me feel at ease even during times when I face serious medical challenges.I have been in many hospitals in this area and "Baptist South" ranks #1 in my opinion. Nurse standouts on this "latest" visit go to "Katherine" & "Beth" who were my personal favorites. All others still ranked "excellent" to "above average" in all the "important" areas. A big thank you to the entire team for all their efforts during with my recent stay at Baptist South!
