Marissa is wonderful as well. The collaboration between Allison and Marissa is seamless, and it's clear they genuinely care about providing the best possible care for their patients. I was disappointed I didn’t receive a call back after my stat chest x-ray results came in. I was proactive though & went to the ER to receive treatment once I found out I had congestive heart failure.

Brandon offered offered answers to all my questions throughly. Usually his answers were thought provoking and I had more questions. It was a very good conversation on my concerns about c-pap machines, suppliers, and the sleep study. I have a curious mind, have a need to know what, and why I am having issues. Thank you Brandon

Brandon was extremely thorough and attentive. He caught a 40-lb weight loss in my history that my regular doctor never commented on. He eplained thongs very we3ll and followed through. He was excellent!

Dr. Lovell is quite experienced and truly cares about his patients. I do recommend him to friends and family when they are looking for primary care. Dr. Lovell always explains things in easy to understand terms and always asks me what my preferences happen to be.

After a poor experience with Urgent Care, this office, my primary care, worked to fit me it for an appointment with Dr. Filebeck. He saw me promptly, listened, evaluated me, and recognized a need to order lab work. This turned out to be appropriate and resulted in a diagnosis in which treatment needed to and did start immediately. Excellent care and timing. Thank you.

Dr. Esan is literally a god send. I am a [OCCUPATION] so I don’t say that lightly. She has been the only provider to listen to me during an acute issue when I couldn’t even get a call back or a message from my specialist. She not only seen me virtually (which I needed since I couldn’t drive) but listened to me, cared for me, empathized, and took appropriate action I desperately needed in my care. I am truly grateful for her.

Doctor Vang was very good to me this time answer my question? The first time we met she was not understanding, I thought. This was the second time I saw her, I thought she was was very understanding. She is very young and I am old.

You will never find a better doctor than Dr. Ammon S Thompson. He is very down-to-earth when he is in the room with you, you are the only one that he is concerned with. He is not worried about other patients. He concentrates on you and your issues. He listens to you. He hears you. He addresses any issues you have, and he follows up and he explains everything so you can understand them If you don't understand something, ask him, he'll make sure you do. it is very rare to find a doctor that you are absolutely comfortable with It is very rare to find a doctor that explains things. So that you understand them. I am keeping Dr. Thompson as my Dr. even though I have to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to see him. That kind of care is very rare. but his professionalism and his caring and his team, They are like no other!!! if you were lucky enough to have him as a doctor keep him.
