What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I had never seen Brandon before. He paid attention to me and listened to what I had to say. He set me up with another doctor for an upcoming surgery.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
In the past I have struggled to see a provider same day unless I called the minute the office opened (even then it was not a guarantee) but I continue to be pleasantly surprised that this office is able to provide same day acute appointments more often than not. It’s so nice to have someone in our primary care providers office able to see us so that we have an easier follow up route

Dr Esan is a fantastic physician, and I moved out of the area, to Lansing, but I still am going to her because I do not want to go to any other doctor.

Really like Dr. Klugiene. She is very intelligent, always listens, always knows what to advise for next step of care. Very thorough. I would really like to have a family member see Dr. Klugiene but she is not taking new patients. Can't always get an appointment (last time I was ill there were no appointments available and I was told to go to Urgent Care). Sure hope Dr. Klugiene does not reduce her office hours or leave MyMichigan Health because I would be hard pressed to find another doctor as good as she is.

This facility is always professional and respectful. I really appreciate how well things are explained. They listen and respond in a timely manner. They even ask questions about our family and work. I am very satisfied with the service.

I enjoyed my interaction with Dr Lovell as I always have in the many years he has been my GP. I dread the thought of changing my GP, I hope that never has to happen.

I would recommend Alicia and her staff to anyone at anytime. I feel heard and valued. I am not nervous or shy to talk to her about anything at all. Alyssia is also wonderful! GOATs of family medicine!

Dr. knows me when I enter her office. She finds out what is the issue currently and we discuss it. I personally want to address some of my changes and she is easy to talk to. I believe she helps me seek solutions for what can help.
