Very busy office, understaffed. My family does not share the same provider. We are a healthy family and have been penalized for it. Automating and removing people is a poor decision by the health system. People are the personal point and care is personal.

The Dr and his clinic staff are great! They are knowledgeable and helpful. They treat you like they are interested and care about you. They listen and talk to you until you understand the answers given. Both staff and Dr are helpful and take time making you feel important to them!

Dr. Balawender is incomparable, has no peers, in patient care. She provides a holistic approach that addresses my physical and psychological needs. Further, her office staff offers support and interaction of/ with patients that mirrors Dr. Balawender"s approach. I am grateful to be a patient in her care.

Alli is an incredible provider. Not only is she clearly passionate about what she does, but she seemed to really listen and care about what I said, even as a brand new patient. Truly one of the best experiences I've had with a healthcare provider! 10/10 would recommend 😉

It was a very long wait for my initial new patient appointment (9 months), which in my opinion is far too long for someone with complex health needs to go without primary care. HOWEVER I did have a great experience in office and am glad I was able to wait. I really liked Michelle and felt listened to and like she has an excellent plan for my care and my needs. I really appreciate being treated well by staff and I think they are doing a great job. I also really like that I have the option for virtual appointments and that Michelle gave me very clear instructions on what to do next. Overall I would recommend this provider if you can wait for the initial appointment.
