What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My primary care providers have been leaving Mid Michigan at a record pace lately. I was “assigned” to Michelle for my latest primary care. I absolutely LOVED her and wish I would have found her years ago. I would highly recommend her to provide you excellent care. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 15!

Michelle is good at her job. She is knowledgeable, caring, and listens to my concerns. She is also efficient. Everything is done in a timely manner and communication is clear. I am so glad I landed in her care.

Michelle has been the best doctor I’ve had in my adult life. My husband and I both agree. She is a great listener and doesn’t rush through the appointment. She addresses each of my concerns and is not pushy with solutions or quick to throw a prescription at you. A always leave her office feeling better than when I go in. It was a very long wait for my initial new patient appointment (9 months), which in my opinion is far too long for someone with complex health needs to go without primary care. HOWEVER I did have a great experience in office and am glad I was able to wait. I really liked Michelle and felt listened to and like she has an excellent plan for my care and my needs. I really appreciate being treated well by staff and I think they are doing a great job. I also really like that I have the option for virtual appointments and that Michelle gave me very clear instructions on what to do next. Overall I would recommend this provider if you can wait for the initial appointment.

I am grateful to have Michelle as my provider. She hears what I am saying and we talk about all the options for resolution. Every time I have left the appointment, I feel a weight off my shoulders and relief that someone listened and is helping me. I feel we are working together on issues. Michelle enters any needed orders in right away so we can move forward.

I called early Monday a.m. for an appt. for a bee sting. They got me in at 3!! Greatly appreciated!!! Then had a follow up appt. for Friday. Michelle was very professional. My leg is doing much better. Thanx!!!

I was disappointed I didn’t receive a call back after my stat chest x-ray results came in. I was proactive though & went to the ER to receive treatment once I found out I had congestive heart failure.
