We have lived in the area for less than a year and already feel at home with this very professional community. Michelle Krieger and her staff have always treated my husband and I professionally, taking their time by listening to our concerns and asking thoughtful follow up questions.

Dr. Krieger is very kind and genuinely cares for her paitent's and that is obvious from every interaction I have had with her. It an environment where Paitent's find it difficult to advocate for themselves I believe Dr. Krieger genuinely listens. I am very disappointed and struggling with an unforeseen situation that occurred which hinders me from receiving the kind of care/treatment that is currently needed and am trying to rectify those barriers that are keeping me from receiving treatment however I am at a stand still on what more I can do. I feel due to policies that maybe the facility and/or Dr. Krieger have to follow I am stuck and not able to recieved the treatment that is needed during this time which makes it difficult to know how or who to properly advocate to.

This is perfect to explain i official haven't started being her patient yet but in the switch over Michelle has been extremely caring and attentive to my needs as a new patient transitioning to her care. The staff are so caring too passing my needs on to her. Everyone has been great my 1st visit is next week and they have already done so much . Medical needs and medication addressed. Thanking the whole team in my change over to Michael care. I am impressed

She listens. She cares and she is competent. She allows you to be your own health advocate and respects the decisions you make about your health. She gives you the risks and benefits of a decision regarding medicine. But, as a patient it’s my call and I appreciate being allowed to make my own decisions. I appreciate that she has hung in at MyMichigsn when so many others have had enough and left. She is important to my health.

She works with you and doesn’t push meds if you don’t want them. She gives you the facts and is okay with you making your own decisions. She walks with you and is really a kind and helpful health care professional. I get everything I need from Michelle as a PA. I really like her and feel as if she is in my corner looking out for me. She’s a great provider!

I really like the office. Starting with reception they are kind and talkative making you feel comfortable. The nurse that brings you in very welcoming. She puts you at ease. Michelle Kreiger is very caring. Always listens to what you need. She is open with conversation regarding children and life in general. She makes you feel relaxed. Every year is always a good place to be.
