I tell everyone that I love my doctor! Dr Esan is kind, professional and caring. She never rushes me a she genuinely cares for me and my family. I will definitely go to her as long as she is practicing in Midland!

I had 9 family doctors before I found the only doctor that understands all my medical issues, she is polite and cares about my health as much as I do. Because of her I got off disability and have been working full time for over 10 years now. When every other doctor said I was disabled for the rest of my life.

My prescription wasn't called in very quickly so I couldn't wait any longer at the pharmacy so I picked up the next day. They must of been really busy or short handed that day. They've always been great with everything.

Dr. Esan is excellent; however, the staff does not consistently follow up on requests, whether messages left with the front desk for a nurse to follow up or for the nurse to call back. I had to call twice and still never received a return call from the nurse.
