What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Doc Esan describes things great in person and usually requests email communication. However, when communicating w some of the nursing staff, things get put off and not explained fully. I think they are all overworked.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Esan is just terrific. I work with a lot of physicians most of whom have personality issues and are generally painful to engage with on medical or general subjects. Dr E is smart, authentic and thoughtful. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking a true partner in their medical care.

Dr Esan is a very personable and caring physician. She listens carefully to my questions and concerns. Then she allows me to be a participant in my care plan. She validates my ideas and concerns, making me feel I am a partner in my health care. I sincerely appreciate having her as my primary physician!

Has been difficult to get an actual person on the phone. Usually gets prescriptions filled quickly. Dr Esan easy to talk to Very rarely get the same nurse twice. Must be a big turnover in staff. Feel bad that I may be forced to get a new Dr. With Mid Michigan no longer accepting [ ] plan but see no alternative at this time.
