Alicia was very kind, patient, knowledgeable & helpful! I was there for a respiratory issue, but since I had just been in ER & had blood work done, she took time to look over all of the lab tests, in which she confirmed I had an infection. She took time to address my chronic health issues & any questions that I had. I was super impressed at the comprehensive visit I had with her. She is very professional & has a great bedside manner. Outstanding provider!

She didn’t take the initial diagnosis. Looked more into the issue and was able to have results instantly after having been misdiagnosed days before.

In the past I have struggled to see a provider same day unless I called the minute the office opened (even then it was not a guarantee) but I continue to be pleasantly surprised that this office is able to provide same day acute appointments more often than not. It’s so nice to have someone in our primary care providers office able to see us so that we have an easier follow up route

I would recommend Alicia and her staff to anyone at anytime. I feel heard and valued. I am not nervous or shy to talk to her about anything at all. Alyssia is also wonderful! GOATs of family medicine!

Experience was pretty good however she was to talk to doctor Dowda & have the office call me; I haven't heard from them. My appointment was Wednesday morning

That things and routines at Dr’s offices are ever changing . We as patients need to work with staff and Dr’s to request our best care and understanding of our health questions. Ask frequent questions and for explanations of our care. I find Dr’s and staff are usually willing to talk with you.
