Alicia Sullivan was extremely attentive to what I had to say and acted on my concerns.although she is not my primary healthcare provider I wouldn't hesitate to see her again if the need should arise.

Alicia Sullivan was thorough and professional with my mother. She reassured me that mom was on her way to getting better. Also said if anything changed to be sure to call to get her on again. Highly recommend her!

She was thorough and professional. I wanted another set of eyes on my mother to make sure she was healing well. NP Sullivan reassured me without ordering unnecessary tests.(This is [NAME]’s daughter answering the survey. I was with her at the appointment.)

Terrific people handicapped against doing what would make more sense. I had to haul mom into the office with her wicked cough when her symptoms could easily been diagnosed and treated over the phone.

Everyone was very kind and pleasant. I did not have to wait at all - in fact, they “took me early”! But when I looked at the “notes” from my appt, I was quite disappointed that they did not reflect what I had shared about my history.

Dr Lovell listens and addresses my concerns, I was less impressed with Alicia, see seemed short, hurried, no one took my temp, looked in my ears or my throat which I complained about
