Very attentive to my specific situation . Answered all questions in a kind and caring way, I felt very comfortable talking with him, meeting this Dr was my first visit and hopes to have him again for any other upcoming visits

Office staff did not follow through with sending physical therapy referral to physical therapist office. When I did not hear from physical therapist for 4 days, I called them and was told they never received the referral. When I called Mid-Michigan Family Medicine Campus Ridge Building I was told “sorry about that” but “sometimes our fax machine does not work correctly”. This is not acceptable follow-up.

I was really nervous going , but Brandon Filbeck was so nice and made me feel at ease. So understanding and caring. He made sure I understood everything in a very caring way. Thank you for that.

Brandon and Dr. Kerwin are both so nice. Very thorough and easy to understand. The office staff are also super nice. Definitely get a high 10 from me!

Brandon Filbeck was very attentive to my needs. He did some online investigation of my concerns and was open to my desire to use non-medical treatment. Valerian root vs. Trazedone for insomnia. It’s working quite well. I so appreciate that he really heard me.
