The service is hit and miss. It's difficult getting help when you need it. The staff is not very attentive to patient needs. Once I finally got into the office, Brandon and the staff were friendly that day.

Brandon Filbeck was great.He listened & explained& staff also.. My Michigan in general is extremely understaffed & the ER rm.needs to be larger in size. Illness, injury &medical,cardio etc. need to be separated!!!
