Doctor Vang was very good to me this time answer my question? The first time we met she was not understanding, I thought. This was the second time I saw her, I thought she was was very understanding. She is very young and I am old.

Dr Dang listens to me and shows me respect and care for me as a person. I don’t feel like just “the next patient”. Her nurse Chris is very kind and helpful. The combination of these two make me very comfortable and thankful I’m a patient in their office. I would highly recommend them!

The staff and doctor were kind. My only suggestion is to better communicate when additional topics may take the place of a scheduled physical. The nurse gave me a dry erase page to write down any concerns in order to keep the appointment on track ahead of the doctor coming in. I mentioned a few ongoing issues (weight and occasional shoulder pain/headaches) expecting a brief discussion as these aren’t new topics, and things I’d still want to note for a routine physical, but the visit became focused entirely on those topics, and I now need a second appointment. While I appreciate the time, I think it could have gone differently.

Even though it was my first time meeting Dr. Dang I’m very grateful that she was understanding and sweet. I had to get a TDAP shot on [DATE] and I was nervous but she explained why it would be perfect to get it on that day. Also the other doctor that did the shot sprayed some cold spray on me which was extremely helpful. Overall, very grateful for the doctors that explain things to me throughly because if I don’t understand something they gladly add more details so I can fully understand. 🙂
