Sometimes when presenting a problem to her she will hum. Never heard that before or I don't know what could be causing that. And leaves it at that Rather then going and looking it up or even as another dr in office for advise. Or maybe do some research and get back to patient.

Dr Dang was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit so difficult to answer some questions but i look forward to having her as my Dr! .

I’m very pleased with having Dr. Dang as my doctor. She is extremely pleasant. Dr. Dang checks all your vitals and listens to all your questions, never rushing you. She gives helpful suggestions and excellent advice.

I highly recommended Dr Dang, she is very empathetic. I have serval health issues that may take a back seat on appointments. Focus has been on my weight and diabetes.

Wellness visit with Sarah [ ] was very satisfying. Dr Dang had a med student with her. Dr Dang is excellent in explaining what is needed to understand. She is very pleasant. Look forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Van Dang is smart, professional, and clearly cares about doing things right. The dementia screening surprised me—I’m only [AGE], and none of my friends/neighbors [AGE] get those questions. Plus, being recorded was new; I said yes, but thought the climate today—insurance headaches—has changed doctor/patient relationship. I feel sad that I make doctors feel like something’s wrong. I miss the easy rapport with my late family doc, [removed provider's name]. Overall, solid care.

She does not really want to hear issues not pertaining within her purview, told me so. Is inflexible as to her decisions and changes her mind on stuff she has indicated/promised such as refilling a prescription I have had for years. Those senior health reviews are a waste of time, she does not ever examine me. Miss my previews primary physicians.

Dr Van Dang and her staff were great. I was transferred to her when Dr Dowda left. I am very happy with the care and attention I have been given in the two times I have seen her.

Dr Dang did not listen to my concerns but dismissed them. Did not provide compassionate care. Did not appear to be familiar with my medical history before our appointment. I have been in this practice for 20 years and never had an experience like this.

I think she is amazing at listening to your needs and not only does she genuinely seem to care about your physical/mental health, she also cares about your life in general. I always feel very comfortable with her and she makes me feel like my opinions and feelings always matter. I’ve only had around 3 family doctors in my life, but Dr. Van Dang is by far my favorite.

Dr. Dang was very confident, personable and helpful on my first visit, but seemed less confident and a bit flustered on my second visit ([DATE]). Perhaps it was the use of AI Medical Scribe recording on this visit, or not well versed in or experienced with my issues that day. She may have just been having a bad day, as everyone does now and then.
