Excellent experience overall. Dr Klugeine is very attentive, patient with questions, compassionate , and very intuitive and adept at diagnostics. Staff is personable, thorough, and helpful. Overall, the office shows high regard for patients.

She is the BEST Primary Care Physician I/we have ever had!! She always listens, explains and answers questions in a clear, easily understood way. She provides tests and prescriptions expeditiousy and personally follows up in a timely manner with test results and checking on any other follow-up needed.

I would recommend Dr Klugiene as a physician at all times. She is very knowledgeable and very nice and listens. Those three things together are uncommon in doctors.

Dr. Klugiene is very caring and easy to communicate with. Throughout the many years I have been seeing her, she has been very comforting, understanding and has taken the time to get to know who I am. I feel very understood as i begin this [age]+ stage of life. I feel blessed to have her as my PCP.

Really like Dr. Klugiene. She is very intelligent, always listens, always knows what to advise for next step of care. Very thorough. I would really like to have a family member see Dr. Klugiene but she is not taking new patients. Can't always get an appointment (last time I was ill there were no appointments available and I was told to go to Urgent Care). Sure hope Dr. Klugiene does not reduce her office hours or leave MyMichigan Health because I would be hard pressed to find another doctor as good as she is.
