What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Really like Dr. Klugiene. She is very intelligent, always listens, always knows what to advise for next step of care. Very thorough. I would really like to have a family member see Dr. Klugiene but she is not taking new patients. Can't always get an appointment (last time I was ill there were no appointments available and I was told to go to Urgent Care). Sure hope Dr. Klugiene does not reduce her office hours or leave MyMichigan Health because I would be hard pressed to find another doctor as good as she is.

Dr. Klugiene's deep knowledge of a wide range of medical topics is complemented by her unique ability to simplify complex questions. She excels at breaking down intricate medical concepts in a way that is easily understood by the patient, instilling a sense of reassurance. Moreover, she is adept at inspiring the patient to adopt a healthy lifestyle and explaining the benefits gained from proper diet, exercise, and attention to mental health. I would like to recognize Dr, Klugiene's nurse, Melissa. She is responsible for completing the blood pressure checks, weight, height, and medications and reviewing the results as she proceeds. Melissa 'sets the tone' for the office visit and always makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Klugiene and her staff are the absolute best. I trust my doctor with not only my health but, my children’s as well. I’ve never had a doctor that shows so much care and kindness. She is the most intelligent woman I know. I trust her with my life. She clearly is the best!

Doc' istened, examined me and my symptoms, and then prescribed assistance. The help utilizing insurance was greatly appreciated, esp since the combination of inhaler and meds seems to be getting me rapidly back to health.

Dr Klugiene looks at you and listens to your questions. She usually responds quickly, verbally, and also occasionally will provide me with printed information about my concern. She is the best in her field! I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We love Dr Klugiene, she’s always very knowledgeable about my children’s health history. She’s respectful and very observant. I don’t have anything bad to say about her. Our biggest issue is we find it difficult to get appointments when the kids are sick. We generally use urgent care for any fever type of issues. Also, the well child visits used to be in the summer close to their birthdays but due to scheduling they were pushed back 7 months. Soon their well child visits will be almost a year behind.
