I love Dr. Dowda - she is always so patient with my exuberant [age] year-old. If my son doesn’t feel comfortable with something, she will either do it to herself or to me in order to make him feel better. An example of this would be my son was afraid to have her look in his mouth. Instead of giving up, Dr. Dowda showed him that it was not scary by looking in my mouth

Thorough, well prepared, never seemed like they were in a rush to get you out. Always asked for my opinion. Always cognizant of my needs and limitations. I fell I’m well cared for. The staff are effective and efficient, always with a smile.

It was the first appointment with Dr Dowda and she was great! Explained things in a way that I understood and I was very comfortable that she is my new doctor!

Great experience. Dr Dowda is able to immediately put you at ease and converses in a way that relaxes and comforts. She includes the patient in decision making with options for care and respects my concerns.
