Alli was awesome - I wasn’t able to see my usual PA and needed to get in that day, and was thankful to have been seen by her; she was great to talk to, asked good questions to make sure she understood how I was feeling, and i’m really happy with where we ended up

Allison was fantastic, and I am so glad I moved my care to her practice. She was incredibly patient during my initial visit, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about the care I will be receiving moving forward. She was very supportive of my concerns and took the time to truly get to know my preferences and needs, which meant a lot to me. The entire office was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Going to a new doctor can be stressful, but they made the experience feel easy and reassuring. I genuinely felt like I had been going there for years.

I am on my 3rd provider at this practice (MyMichigan Family Medicine: Campus Ridge Building) due to people leaving the area. Fortunately, all three providers have been excellent. I am always treated well from check-in until I leave. My appointments rarely run behind, and if they do, it's not long. I feel comfortable discussing my health. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. Keep up the good work! The whole office rocks!

She is responsive to requests and to answering questions. Although she is hesitant to let one do their lab work prior to one’s annual visit, if you make your request twice, she will agree to it and order your labs.

They were so great to me. I was feeling really awful with a sickness and they helped quickly and kindly. They were very kind about me having my baby. Even offered someone to come hold my baby during my exam, since baby was fussy. She listened and made me feel like my concerns were real and my pain was valid.
