The entire staff has always treated me well at this location. I knocked the staff rating down one level because the gal who checked me in was a little curt (responded quickly and overriding what me when I was speaking) when I questioned a co-pay amount when my insurance requires me to pay a percentage of the office visit. This is the first time this has happened, though! I love visiting Allison and her assistant for my medical needs - they are both wonderful!

Alli was awesome - I wasn’t able to see my usual PA and needed to get in that day, and was thankful to have been seen by her; she was great to talk to, asked good questions to make sure she understood how I was feeling, and i’m really happy with where we ended up

Allison was fantastic, and I am so glad I moved my care to her practice. She was incredibly patient during my initial visit, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about the care I will be receiving moving forward. She was very supportive of my concerns and took the time to truly get to know my preferences and needs, which meant a lot to me. The entire office was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Going to a new doctor can be stressful, but they made the experience feel easy and reassuring. I genuinely felt like I had been going there for years.
