Dr Lann is always extremely thorough. She has kept my son's thyroid in check. She always treats him with compassion, respect and kindness. We are lucky to have her as our doctor. I do feel bad for her and other providers for being forced to wear masks again. Her glasses were clearly fogging up, this would really agitate me but she handled it with grace and a smile
