I would say that the directions getting there were good, but being that this is a new facility and it is not well developed yet, it needs to be improved along with a big sign at the highway allowing you to know you've arrived at your destination. Thank you.

How about fixing the parking lots and getting rid of the original lots from Hoffman Laroche. My gps took me to an entrance off rt 3 that had a cement barricade blocking the road. Next area my gps took me to was an abandoned lot with a wind flag for helicopters and more cement barricades. The building was right in front of me but not accessible. It took me 35 minutes me to get to my appointment even thought I was literally "right there". I had to drive through a maze of cement and plastic barricades. Don't be so cheap!! I was so frustrated, I was going to cancel my appointment. Remove the old abandoned lots and the streets to no where.

Dr. Koller showed a lot of compassion for my condition. He explained things extremely well. He spent a good deal of time with us, more than sufficient time. And judging from the results after the surgery, he seems to be an excellent surgeon.

I'd just like to say that Dr. Koller was more than I expected, very knowledgeable in the area that I was concerned with, and I'm so happy that he's available here in New Jersey for us. I believe he's my best option. So your facility is also very conveniently located for many, so I will surely recommend both to anyone who's interested. Thank you.

Dr KOLLER was a great man who understood his role in helping me to understand what my prior doctor provided. Basically, all my files forwarded from Northwell Hospital were lacking information. I'm well aware that he was ? correct as my own personal physician advised me that he's never received a comprehensive medical diagnosis.
