Dr Roshani Patel, and her staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. They help guide you through this journey in a very caring way.I saw two other surgeons prior to going to Dr. Patel and I can tell you from the moment I met her. I knew she was the one to be my surgeon.Dr. Patel has handouts to help you understand a better way of eating to help avoid cancer from returning. She explained things to me in a way I understood and when I didn’t understand, she was very happy to repeat in a different manner so I could understand her staff not only cared about myself as the patient, but they also cared about my spouse. One of the nurses noticed my husband had something on his arm, he told her that the doctor said it was eczema. Her remarked to him was she had worked for a dermatologist and he needed to get that looked at. He took her advice. It turned out. It was basal cell and had it removed when I return they always ask how I am doing and how my husband is doing.They absolutely treat you as if you were family not a patient. After all this journey is difficult enough and to have a surgeon and it’s staff care about you at this level is priceless.

Dr. Patel was clearly intent on getting to answers or understanding the situation, which had to do with reading an ultrasound, et cetera, et cetera. She was thoughtful, clear, dedicated, spent more than enough time. I really, I was very impressed and felt It was my first appointment with her, and I felt that I really felt cared about, cared for, and treated most respectfully. So I can't say enough positive things about my first visit with her. And I think I didn't really interact with her at any point on the phone. I think I hit the wrong number on that one question.

During my visit, the doctor, she needs a little more bedside manners. She was very abruptly, you know, with my situation and what I was going through. So I recommend that, you know, she gets a little more bedside manners, you know, because I left out of there crying.
