From the front desk receptionists, to the CMA and the Laboratory Technician, and the physician - they are all kind, considerate and knowledgeable. They are not rushed and attentive to the needs of the patient.

From the moment I walked in until the very end I was so pleased. Everybody there was very friendly and professional. The doctor was so thorough and kind he had the best patient /doctor manner that any person could ask for. I would recommend Dr Shypula anybody in my family and feel that they were in the best hands.

The doctor Shypula, this is the best doctor. I'm so happy with him. No explaining about the front desk. Sometimes I think the front desk needed to change the little attitude and something like that. But the rest, that's good. That's perfect. And the best of the best is the Dr. Shypula.

Everything, when you go to the doctor there, Chippa, everything is good. The nurse are good, the doctor is good, everybody's nice over there. Okay. Hello? Hmm. What do I do? I pressed it. Everything is very, very good. I don't know if I should press the one.

some workers need to have a good customer service especially the one that drew the blood couldn't smile or nothing i would rather her not draw my blood seems like she has an attitude and this is not the first time
