My doctor and her staff are there to listen and explain things to me. I let them know anything new that has happened since I was there last. Very easy to talk to.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mays. I found her very informative and she listened to my questions carefully and gave me answers. She seemed very respectful and I would recommend her to other people who wanted a G1, I mean an oncology surgeon. Thank you. Bye.

The office staff was pleasant. The office was bright, welcoming, and neat and clean. The Dr. treated me like I was her only patient. She took time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions after each explanation. Dr. Mays not only looked at me when she spoke but also at my husband and always asked him if he had any questions. Because there was so much information she wrote it down as she explained it so when I got home I was able to read it and make it sink into head. Also I was able to explain it to my family by just reading what she wrote. She also explained what was going to happen next. Step by step so I was aware of everything. Dr. Mays made me feel comfortable.

Yes, I was very happy and pleased with the doctor and the staff. They were very nice and kind. She explained everything and she was not rushing or anything. She gave me enough time and explained everything nicely. I do appreciate it and just look forward to have the surgery with her. Thank you.

The doctor was excellent, patient, listening to all our questions and explaining all details, what is needed and giving us the roadmap approach, what is the best, and then directing us to the oncologist. So overall, excellent service by her.

While it was breast cancer, I was still amazed at how quickly they scheduled my appointment. When I called to make it, two weeks wasn't enough. They didn't want to wait two weeks. They got me in there in three days. Dr. Mays was amazing, as was her staff. I was just so impressed by absolutely everything about Dr. Mays. I feel like, I mean, really, I just really, really feel good about her. One of the best doctors I've met in a very long time.
