This time I was scheduled with the PA. She was running behind but I was told that when I went back to the room. When the PA came in she immediately apologized for running late. She went over my results and asked questions. She told me her recommendation was to change my medication. She then went and talked to the physician who then came in and she also asked questions and agreed. They took their time and made sure I was understanding what I was told and was in agreement with them. I never felt rushed.

Although I am familiar with Dr. Sotolongo this was my first time seeing him as a patient. His demeanor is so good calming. He took his time with me as I asked several questions. I’ve have been Dr. Davuluri. Patient for 10 years and he has a very thorough, considerate, compassionate doctor. He listens to you and take your concern seriously and if you have a problem, he will get to the bottom it.

Excellent staff, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Easy to make appointments. Office is roomy, comfortable and has sufficient seating. Exam rooms are clean. Up to date modern equipment. Doctors are usually on time for appointments, and are highly rated professionals. Follow-up appointments are scheduled during check out. Test results are shared with patient and primary doctor as soon as received.

The dialogue with our provider and his response to our requests has been especially helpful and appreciated. Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Pena, who works with us quite successfully - he listens, respects, and incorporates our viewpoints and inquiries into his responses. We both feel we received care customized to our particular situations, backgrounds, needs, etc.
