The office is convenient to my home. The Old St. Augustine Baptist South campus is easy to navigate and I am able to visit my specialists whenever I need to seek care. My cardiologist and his staff are always professional and efficient. My appointment times are mostly honored, and I see my provider who always addresses my concerns and issues. The checkout process is quick and easy.

Staff members take the time to explain test results in detail and make sure I understand the language. This allows me to make informed decisions about my treatment options. Trading treatment reports are difficult to understand and are often not helpful to me but Daisy Tu and Dr [last name] take the time to make sure my questions are answered.
