Daisy was very attentive and patient with me ..I was there for a f/u visit..but she was kind enough to take the time and answer some questions I had from a recent accident. . I know that was not in her job profile and I explained to her that my Baptist PCP declined to see me after ER discharge because it was an m v a. They referred me to absolute injury clinic were they also declined to see me Because I have not retained an attorney yet. ..Daisy helped fill the Gap of the missing basic continuity of care ....

MY APPOINTMENT WITH DAISY WAS ON TIME, AND WE WENT OVER MY MEDS, TALKED ABOUT HOW I HAD BEEN FEELING DURING THE PAST 6 MONTHS, SHE ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY HEART PROBLEMS AND OFFERED TO RENEW MY MEDS IF I NEED HER TO CALL IN A RENEWAL FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATIONS. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, TOLD ME TO COME BACK TO SEE DR ( ) IN JAN 2027. THE STAFF AND DOCTORS AT BAPTIST SOUTH HEART DEPARTMENT ARE VERY KIND AND PROFESIONAL, THE FACILITY IS LIKE NEW, AND I TRUST THE DOCTORS AND STAFF.

All people, office workers, PAs, etc are so pleasant and have always been helpful and mindful of my inability to move quickly. Any doctor I have had contact with there really listen to me and answer my questions without making me feel unimportant.

Entire staff is friendly and discuss all options or answer questions asked. Almost like they are family or treat you as family. No one wants to go to hospital but if you have to they make it more digestible
