I want to give a shout out to the receptionist at check-in named CYNTHIA/CINDY!! She treated each patient with such respect and compassion like I have never seen at a doctor’s office! An elderly lady had an issue, and Cynthia was SO SO KIND to her! She really stick out!! Goes above and beyond with her professionalism!!!

I found staff, including reception, PA and Dr. Ganji courteous & friendly and all took their time to explain what they would be doing. Dr. Ganji took the time to diagram a heart problem, carefully explain the situation, listen to a family history and offer positive possible solutions to this problem. I found her diplomatic and warm with a delightful sense of humor too! So nice to feel a good "vibe" in a doctor's office, particularly in a serious specialty office like this AND on a later Friday afternoon, when staff have had a very long week!
