The people. The woman who scheduled me was personable and efficient, getting me an appointment as soon as possible. I really appreciated Al calling before my telehealth visit to complete checkin an answer any questions. And even though I’ve only seen her twice, I am so impressed with Dr. Ganji! She listens to my concerns, answers my questions and involves me in the decision making process. I was upset when Dr. [last name] left but Dr. Ganji has taken over my cardiac care seamlessly. And I thank her for that

Everything! The staff was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was special friend invited to a wonderful event. The facility was very clean and parking was a breeze. They are very serious about providing the best patient care and it shows in everything they do starting from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. I could not ask for better care. I like the quick and easy check in on line, the friendly and patient staff assisting me and especially my new Heart doctor who in 15 minutes provided more info and concern, (not just doing a drive by) than I've had in 15 years. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and hope to continue this for hopefully whatever time I got left.

This is my first time visit this heart special service. The scheduling staff is very friendly welcome me put me to ease,The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Nurse are very profession and courteous. My Dr. Is very sincere and patient to listen my concern. I am very impressed her understanding and knowledge with my multiple medical condition.

Competent, congenial staff. Clean, organized facility. Medical staff listens to patient concerns and are well informed of previous medical history. Immediate solutions reached, with medication adjustments, diagnostics ordered. Prompt posting in patient portal. Prompt medication orders to pharmacy.

I was so upset when Dr. [last name] left, but then I was fortunate to be passed to Dr. Ganji! She is equally excellent! She takes the time to listen & explain even though the system is against it. Not surprisingly, she is so popular her schedule is booked, so it is best not to miss your appointment! The nurse that works with her is also very nice. I received a printout of my visit summary, but I also love the access on MyChart.

I had been a patient of Dr. [last name] for many years and was unhappy about transferring my care to another cardiologist. Meeting Dr. Ganji has allayed any fears I had. Her passion for her patients impressed me immediately. She was familiar with my cardiology history, took time to get to know me and answer any questions, as well as explain past test results. One of the things I loved about Dr. [last name] was her holistic approach and Dr. Ganji did not make any changes to the plan prescribed for me. She seems confident in her own abilities and not threatened by my admiration of Dr. [last name] at all which makes me confident in handing my heart care over to her. I also had a positive experience with the medical assistant who took my vitals. He was pleasant, professional and also took the time to answer all my questions.
