Although I am familiar with Dr. Sotolongo this was my first time seeing him as a patient. His demeanor is so good calming. He took his time with me as I asked several questions. He was attentive, and showed genuine concern. I am very pleased with my choice for my cardiac care. Thank You Dr. Sotolongo 😊

Doctors are very well informed they give you the information in English language terms they tell you what’s gonna be fixed what’s gonna be changed and so far we’ve seen wonderful results and if you wanna live a long time, you gotta have a good doctor and Dr. Sotolongo is phenomenal. Dr. [last name] is phenomenal. We have been truly blessed with great doctors and surgeons.

Dr. Sotolongo (and the nurse that performed the EKG and checked me in were fantastic. The records I had made available for the consult didn't show up for some reason but Dr. Sotolongo didn't rush once he got them. He explained my options very clearly and he laid out a game plan that started right away. At my regular doctor, a major Jax medical operation, they wanted me to try a certain drug for 30 days before they did the next step which I've learned is a very common procedure. He clearly knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the decisions you need to make - not pushing you into another service that may or may not work.

Professionalism, respect and timeliness of services. The facility is very clean, spacious, easy to find. The staff at registration, check out, medical assistant and the physician were very caring and respectful of patient care needs. Overall they provided exceptional care.
