Check in is fast and convenient. The waiting room and all patient areas are clean, well lighted and have comfortable seating. Dr. Sotolongo communicates clearly and concisely. He answers all my questions and is very polite.

Everyone is so friendly and greet you as soon as you check in. The doctor and nurses listen to everything you have to say. And answer you with words you can understand. And the doctor is always looking out for what is best for you.
