The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very clean, quiet and comfortable. My doctor listened attentively to my concerns and questions and did not rush through his explanations and answers. Overall a very positive experience.

Although I am familiar with Dr. Sotolongo this was my first time seeing him as a patient. His demeanor is so good calming. He took his time with me as I asked several questions.
