This time I was scheduled with the PA. She was running behind but I was told that when I went back to the room. When the PA came in she immediately apologized for running late. She went over my results and asked questions. She told me her recommendation was to change my medication. She then went and talked to the physician who then came in and she also asked questions and agreed. They took their time and made sure I was understanding what I was told and was in agreement with them. I never felt rushed.

Extremely kind and competent... facilities are modern and very clean.... I never wait to be seen during an appointment.... in fact, they more often than not see me early! I have to drive an hour for each of my Baptist Health appointments but consider that small sacrifice well worth it.
