At my first appointment, I was asking questions and the doctor was very thorough with me. The nurse took my blood pressure was outstanding too. I was extremely nervous before and then after getting all my questions answered I felt I was ready if I needed to go through any extra procedures.

I was a 15 year Mayo patient. I worked in health care since 1984, building and operating a health plan for Geisinger Health System in Pa. This health care company has over 12000 employees operating in central and northeast pa. The health plan originated in 1984 with no members and I directed and grew it to a company generating over 1 billion dollars annually with a margin consistently over 5 percent. I provide this info to illustrate that I understand health care. Your operation is impressive both in customer service and clinical expertise. The comparison with Mayo is stark as I experienced both in the past 30 days. The level of service, customer feedback and general attitude of front line workers provides a case study on what makes a difference in healthcare in 2024. You can provide a lesson to the much respected Mayo Clinic. Thanks for a job well done

First time at the Nocatee facility. It is very nice, new, and clean. Checkout was a bit confusing, with cardiology checkout within the secure space, and other checkout desks outside of the secure space.
