The office is very well organized and I had no delay when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Franco took time to evaluate my situation and fully explained what course of action my treatment would take and emphasized the importance of getting treatment promptly.
Would definitely recommend the office and Dr. Franco to anyone needing treatment.

I really appreciate 🙏 [last name], NP @ Dr [last name]'s office for reading my cardiology procedures and tests to strongly suggest that i see a cardiologist for surgery. & I also appreciate Dr Franco for advising & referring me to Dr [last name] to do the Aortic Valve replacement surgery.

Lucy took good care to make sure all my medication info was correct, and then she took my EKG test carefully. She gave me a card so I could know her name - A nice touch when needed for future RX etc.
Dr Franco had already looked at my results, so she could take time with me for any questions. I appreciate being able to see the same Dr each time I visit - so many doctors seem to change so regularly.

Dr. Franco is outstanding. She reviews completely all of the labs and medicines and explains everything. The support staff are always friendly and professional.

There is not anything I do not like. My physician is phenomenal, PA Conner is the same. Her medical assistant Lucy was wonderful.I feel fortunate to have been accepted into the practice and am comfortable and confident I am receiving the best care and followup

Wait time. I got there an hour early and they were able to take me then. Unlike most other places you have to wait until your appointment time so the doctor gets a rest between patients

My visit was the first time I have ever been to a cardiologist so I was unsure. The check in process was very simple, the nurse was very friendly and professional and put me at ease. Dr. Franco was wonderful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand.

Dr. Franco is absolutely wonderful! I always appreciate her friendly and kind bedside manner. She is a great doctor who really listens and cares. I appreciate her working with me to find an appropriate treatment plan. Her staff is awesome. The ladies upfront and at checkout are all so sweet. I didn't catch the person's name who checked me in but maybe y'all can see it.
And finally, I must give a special thank you to Lucy. She is the BEST. I love her. Baptist has dropped the ball at times but this is the kind of nurse every clinic needs. She is so sweet and caring and took her time to put me at ease and make it a comfortable experience. She is the GOLD standard of care.
Also, please share this with the clinic and the check in ladies and Lucy asked what perfume I was wearing and I couldn't remember. But it is called Shi and it is by Alfred Sung.
