We recently moved to Saint Johns from south Florida. We had to connect with all new doctors. It was my pleasure to see Dr. E Franco - she read the notes and issues from my previous records before she came into the room to see. This made her comments and questions very relevant and appreciated. The tests she ordered were well thought out and she was very approachable with questions, etc. I feel fortunate to have been referred to her.

Dr Franco is terrific. She is proactive with my care, explains things clearly, and is kind. Her nurse Miracle is also excellent. Appointments run on time and they are very quick to respond to emails.

The front office check in was great, very pleasant and professional. My MA was Miracle and she is a ray of sunshine! Most importantly is Dr. Franco. I can not express how absolutely grateful I am that I was placed under her care!. She is so genuine and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have her as my doctor!

Dr Franco, cardiologist, is an amazingly good doctor. I had my first visit with her this week and she has totally straightened out my hypertension medication regimen perfectly. The summary of my visit she provided to my patient portal was unbelievably thorough as was the information she sent to my primary care doctor. Her nurse Tessie was likewise amazing…best nurse my husband and I have encountered in a long time. Plus parking is so much easier than at Baptist South.

Dr. Franco is one of the best doctors I've had experience with thru Baptist. She is very thorough,
taking her time to make sure the patient understands all aspects of tests and their heart condition.
