They don’t make healthcare providers like this anymore. She took her time and went through my medical history and all of my concerns. She was wonderful. The best experience I’ve had with a healthcare provider in years.

My ratings on Theresa are due to my previous experience with her and not necessary this specific appt. Previously when I had seen her (previous pregnancy), she did not look at my chart prior to speaking with me. I came in following having COVID in my first trimester and a history of a previous miscarriage. She came off very accusatory about how I should have called to let them know I had Covid (couple wks prior) because this required additional monitoring and medication. I informed her that I DID call and they did not make me aware that any of that was needed. She starting speaking about additional hemorrhage risks and other risks they were seeing frequently in a way that was not sensitive to my history of infertility and miscarriage. I’m all about having the necessary information to make informed decisions, but the patient history and sensitivity was very much lacking in this encounter. So much so that I remembered her name, in order NOT to schedule with her for this pregnancy.

Dr. Cappelletti is excellent. She was thorough, explained things clearly, and was open to questions. She gave referrals when necessary and was the utmost professional.

Dr. Kreske is great, probably my favorite doctor. She is easy to talk to, she is always caring and kind, she explains things so that I can understand and she listens to my questions and concerns.

Dr Cree treated me with respect and compassion. He did not at any time make me feel inconsequential or frustrating. He listens so thoughtfully and he is so comprehensive providing care and comfort. Absolute amazing doctor and staff. I feel blessed that he became my doctor .. Thumbs up to Trinity for staffing such wonderful people.

I appreciated that she validated the concerns I brought up, gave me symptoms to watch for, and we made a plan for what would happen next if I continued to have the symptoms that were concerning to me. She seemed very informed and willing to take the time to ensure I understood the process.
