Keep the patients updated if there will be a delay in the appointment. I was waiting for about 15-20 minutes with no idea about what was going on. A check-in by the nurse would've cleared some confusion.

She was super friendly, listened to me. Went above and beyond to explain things and hear me... wish more doctors did that. She was great

Dr. Sanford is an amazing asset to Trinity Health. She is compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of. She personally followed up with me after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok and made sure I didn't have any questions about the procedure or my care. She made me feel like I was a priority and not just another patient in her day. I appreciated that so much.

I dont know her and my trust is completely gone with the whole system now I just go through the movements because I am just an object to their perceptions not human
