I felt that she really cared. She was very knowledgeable and she told me what to watch for as well as to call the office if I had any problems or questions and not to wait until my next appointment.

Dr. Thompson’s set up should be used where applicable throughout the system. The RN (I apologize for forgetting her name)was very efficient but listened carefully to my history. Throughout the appointment I did not feel rushed although I was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Dr. Thompson is providing the most updated therapy for my condition and it is apparent she keeps up on research and what is new and improving for her patients. I am lucky to be in her care.

It was the first time I saw her so everything I know is based on just one appointment. She gave me plenty of handouts to read about my condition and circles things pertaining to me , so although medical things are hard to understand I think I know now what particular things she explained about my condition and my course of treatments

As I have mentioned earlier , I have gone to Dr Jannah Thompson since was first an attending and now I followed her to Trinity . She has helped me in many ways . I am 59 years and never has she made me feel like a complainer . Trinity is very fortunate to have her . I myself have been RN for over 40 years & she is greatly missed by the nursing staff at old Metro / U of M west health hospital
