I want to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Macardle. The day I met her in the ER felt like a turning point after months of struggling to get a much-needed hysterectomy. Feeling like I was running out of options, she was able to prioritize my situation and fit me in for surgery in less than 48 hours—an incredible relief.
Even with my 8 years of experience as an RN, dealing with my own medical situation brought moments of uncertainty and panic. Dr. Macardle was exactly the provider I needed. Her calming demeanor and warm smile made me feel heard and safe. She never minimized my pain or dismissed my symptoms, an act of validation I will be forever grateful for.

This provider was absolutely amazing, start to finish, through what I expected to be a nerve-wtacking experience. Dr. Macardle was courteous, compassionate, affirming, and extremely thorough. She went out of her way to accommodate an expedited timeline for surgery, made unique adjustments to improve my comfort and safety, and was kind and respectful at every point in the process. My surgery was very successful and my recovery time very efficient, in large part due to Dr. Macardle's care, not only in pre and post-surgery times, but at every stage and in advocating for me to others along the way.

Dr. Macardle even quickly and without me needing to asked masked when she saw me masked, and advocated to other members of staff for me to mask before entering the room I was in. This is just another aspect of what made the interaction really positive.
