She was very through when explaining things and gave me different options for treatment and also made me feel that there was no wrong decision and I could always change my mind at a later date if symptoms changed. She also really listened to what I was saying and answered my questions.

my appointment was for 10:00am I had to wait for a 1/2 hour for Michelle to come in... she spent a 1/2 hour with me... we needed more time...for a first visit to be checked out completely...so she will get to know me...
