I would definitely recommend this office to others experiencing urinary issues! It did take along time to get to that point however. I saw an article in the Grand Rapids Magazine that featured this Trinity service which helped me to connect to an appt. scheduler after my primary MD made the referral. Even the the nurses at Trinity at the Rockford campus didn't know where the referral had been sent. I was just happy to be referred-a great experience!

She made the experience very comfortable and informative with a friendly yet very professional manner. I felt like she gave me all of the information I needed in a way I understood. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions while I was there and offered to answer any I have in the future. I left with information to read and was given many future options to consider.
