She was very through when explaining things and gave me different options for treatment and also made me feel that there was no wrong decision and I could always change my mind at a later date if symptoms changed. She also really listened to what I was saying and answered my questions.

my appointment was for 10:00am I had to wait for a 1/2 hour for Michelle to come in... she spent a 1/2 hour with me... we needed more time...for a first visit to be checked out completely...so she will get to know me...

I really appreciate having everything explained so thoroughly to me and Michelle Firlit has gone beyond her immediate treatment to give me health information that treats the whole need. I have leaned a lot and she explains everything in easy to understand language. I have actually passed on a little knowledge to some of my friends and we are all "who knew?" so she is helping a lot of us. I think a few will be moving to this practice because it is apparent that the culture is taking care of the whole patient. I'm pretty old, but glad to have been referred to this group and I have thanked my PC provider for the best referral ever.
