I've been seeing Dr. McKenna for about a decade and he is the best of the best. He understands that in a perfect world, 80% health could be improved with diet and exercise and encourages me to focus on those things. He's also wise enough to know we don't live in a perfect world.
I feel like there is a lot of trust between us as well. I read a lot and do a lot of research and introspection before my appointments. When I come in what I'm really looking for is a "health consultant" that guides and directs and help. John provides that and I feel like I'm healthier than I've ever been thanks in part to his care.
