At first I thought she was quite stern, but then I realized that she WAS stern, but she was also very thorough and was paying close attention to everything I was saying with a plan of attack for my abdominal issues. I felt heard and well cared for and feel confident in her as my doctor as I work this situation out.

Genna is amazing at active listening, I felt that she really heard everything that I was saying and I never felt rushed or ignored. Whenever she could tell that I wasn't understanding exactly what she was saying she explained things differently without being condescending and she was on top of my medical history. I hope to stay with her as long as she is practicing.
