Good listener, took my concerns under consideration. Knew my history, or looked up what we had questions on. Explained everything very well. Did not treat me like a number being run down a conveyor belt (as a prior provider did). Understand that I had specific concerns about my health and history that are different from others or “insurance standards”

My best friend and I are both covered under Dean and we share experiences. Have only seen Genna Zenner a couple times and both times top notch. Very knowledgeable and explains everything so I understand without making me feel dumb. So kind, too. Great 'bedside manner'

Genna was prompt and incredibly kind, friendly, thorough, and understanding. She did not rush the appointment, and made me feel as though she would spend as much time as we needed to address all of my concerns. She really showed she cared about me and my health. The entire appointment was ideal from start to finish. Genna is really fantastic.

She appeared frustrated with me when I was nervous about a cardiologist appointment. She seemed unconcerned about helping me access my medications, and declined to assist me despise not having access to care.

At first I thought she was quite stern, but then I realized that she WAS stern, but she was also very thorough and was paying close attention to everything I was saying with a plan of attack for my abdominal issues. I felt heard and well cared for and feel confident in her as my doctor as I work this situation out.
