Anna was excellent in validating my emotional experience, explaining everything as she did it, answering all of my questions, and relieving my concerns. She took the time to go slowly and explain each step when doing a more sensitive procedure. I trusted she was experienced and the answers she gave made sense. I entered the appt in tears and left feeling completely reassured by the care I had received from Anna.
