Dr. Poirier is an active listener and respectful. She did not dismiss any of my concerns and helped find a solution to my problem. She was gentle and genuinely felt like she wanted to help! I really appreciate her answering all of my concerns and guiding me to the next step. I highly recommend her!

Jessica provided respectful, prompt, and positive attitude while assisting her patients. This helped me be more relaxed and open to discussing the nature of my visit. This was my first visit as well. She is a great addition to SSM Health. I would be more than happy to recommend others to her if she is still accepting new patients at the time of recommendation.
