Again, I don't think it's necessarily Melanie Shales that's the problem. She was okay, but things were overlooked. I think given a better system she could take the time to address things properly.

For years I had not been staying current on my health care because I had A very bad experience with internal med with a few providers and nurses, so I put off going to the DR for awhile until I was referred to Melanie and she made me feel safe and heard.
