Melanie always makes sure that you leave knowing that if your issue isn’t “fixed” that day that she will make sure you’re getting taken care of. She is very responsive and very knowledgeable.

Melanie was great she knew exactly what I needed and set it up immediately. She was kind and helpful and this was my first time seeing her. If I ever needed something again I would be sure to schedule an appointment with her specifically.

Better patient education and rationale to support advices. Don’t just be like “any of these are good options”. Actually explain why they are good options and give directions to thoughts process. Also go above what the care gap says the pt is missing. Like talk about cholesterol screening or other health benefits if pt hasn’t done one in over 5 years.
