Melanie and had not worked together prior to my appointment. She was very familiar with my medical history before the appointment, and asked excellent questions to ensure that she thoroughly understood my presenting issue in the larger context of my overall health. Together, we determined solid next steps to manage my care over holiday weekend, and made a plan for me to report on my condition using MyChart. Early next week (Tuesday at the latest) we will decide if we need to progress to imaging in order determine the underlying cause of my persistent headaches

She is always respectful about my opinions and concerns and I trust her. She helped save my life 13 years ago cause she was the first doctor I had seen in years and I went to her for help with what I later found out was stage 3 cancer. So, she helped me and pointed me in the direction of other doctors who would help me get treatment for that, and she’s been so good to me all these years.
