Dr. Groff is the best. I am lucky to have here as my PCP. I feel she has had a significant positive impact on how I care for myself as I age.

Dr Groff is an excellent communicator and teacher. She explained labs to me by drawing a picture on paper. She was patient with my questions and I did not feel like she was rushing me even though I know she has limited time for each patient.

Dr. Groff is by far the best physician I’ve seen. She is solely the reason why my family chooses to go to SSM over UW. She is absolutely incredible and very down-to-earth.

I was quite impressed that Dr. Groff reviewed my chart the night before my appointment so she already knew history and didn’t have to ask me questions to take longer.

Dr. Groff is an excellent doctor. Make sure you pay her well enough to stay at your facility. In my experience, finding a good doctor on your staff is about a 50-50 chance.

She's very personable. She was going to write a referral for me, and particularly said she wanted to make sure that I was paired with another provider that she thought would be a good match for me.

Dr Amy Groff take time with most needed information about my health care plan that surprised me on things I had forgotten about and helped me to stay informed about my health care and needed tests and updates to proceed in preventive health care. I Very must appreciated these efforts

Amy was a stand for my regular primary doctor. She started out with little information about me but asked enough questions to be able to work with me well. We definitely had a conversation about my condition, rather than having her, give me a directive about my care. I appreciate that.

This was my first time meeting Dr Groff and she was great! Very down to earth, listened well, and explained things above and beyond what I would expect. She seemed genuinely empathetic and was wonderful in guiding my care but wasn't pushy at all. I felt like I had great support, I was educated and allowed to make decisions that were best for me. It was a very patient centered experience and I would not hesitate to see her again if my provider wasn't available.
