She was very compassionate understood what I was going through and she did everything possible to help me which she did. I would totally recommend her.

Dr Kristi Smith had space to listen to me. She showed me information in the computer and gave her recommendations to help me make my own decisions. When I became tearful she showed care and empathy. She followed up via My Chart as she said she would. She earned my trust.

I went in only thinking of immediate short term relief for my back/nerve/leg pain, but Dr. Smith also focused a bit more on longer term, which was more logical, I know. Luckily, her recommendation did only take a day & a half to give some relief, which I truly appreciated.
