I’m having knee replacement surgery and he has made a short video where all questions was answered. Dr.Ponder did both hips replacement surgery and I have highly recommended him to friends and they was not disappointed at all. I also highly recommend his nurse Sharon for any questions they may occur after the visit. I had questions and she returned my call and answered them and also she settles any nerviness or anxiety . The ladies at check in are very professional and always says thank you and have a great day. When coming to see the surgeon knowing you are going to have surgery is very tense but by the time you leave all questions have been answered and now you can prepare for surgery and the after care is in place. I highly recommend this WHOLE OFFICE STAFF FIR YOUR SURGERY. Thank you to Dr.Ponder and staff

Only issue I have is: I've called twice and left message. Very hard to get ahold of. My question is where is the lab in MWC that I go take my sample urine test and do I do it now, or closer to my next April appointment??

My only problem was the 2 receptionist. They were not friendly at all. One of them was very rude to a patient. I know they are busy,but a smile or a answer to a good morning would be nice.

After I had the MRI Doctor Griffin ordered, he asked me to get a CT scan and a follow-up appointment with him. I called to get both. The CT scan was approximately 2 weeks out. The follow-up appointment with Dr. Griffen was a full month out. His assistant Minn called and asked if I had accomplished these. When I told her the time frame she said something to the affect “that won’t do”. I had a CT scheduled within 4 days and a follow-up appointment with Dr. Griffen the very next day. And I have reason to believe he gave up lunch to see me. He is this kind of doctor and man.
