Excellent doctor. I had no issues following the surgery. Dr. Glomset was professional and easy to talk with; he made discussions feel comfortable and approachable, more like speaking with a trusted person than with a distant, overly business-focused physician.

Dr. Glomset was amazing he explained everything very well. I like not being rushed to have surgery and we talked about steps that could be done before we got to that point. He took his time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. Great doctor!

It was great. He was very upfront about my condition and explained my options so that we could make the best decision for me. I really appreciate someone who looks you in the eye and evaluates what your thoughts might be about the decision you are trying to make.

He is nice to look at; that's about all I know. I was sent away in just as much pain as I am still in. He seems to want to leave me this way for I have no Idea how long. I wanted to know where the incision would be, what he would be doing in there and recover time, cost, and I was hoping to know how much longer I have to live this way. As I was making my way to the exit I asked again where the incision would be, this time he told me that. I still know nothing, still in pain, and very depressed! Thanks a lot, enjoy the $30 bucks. I will cut back on food.

I was very impressed typically I dont get to meet surgeon until I'm about to be rolled into surgery. To be able to sit down and have a conversation and get to know who is going to be taking care of me was really nice. He actually listened to my questions, enguaged with my son in conversation. We were treated like people that mattered vs coming in frustrated that he had to talk to us. Which we have experienced a lot in the past at other places. To sit and explain, go over what next steps we would take and break it down so I could understand what he was saying was extremely helpful. I left yesterday feeling confident that if I'm being operated on again that he's doing it. Never have I felt that way. Because I never get to meet the surgeon just the nurses. He set himself apart from others in many ways yesterday. So thank you, I look forward to figuring out the next steps and appreciate your bedside manner. I feel it gets lost sometimes. I have standards now that I didn't have before coming back in here yesterday. I'm happy the VA sent me over to SSM.
