It was great. He was very upfront about my condition and explained my options so that we could make the best decision for me. I really appreciate someone who looks you in the eye and evaluates what your thoughts might be about the decision you are trying to make.

He is nice to look at; that's about all I know. I was sent away in just as much pain as I am still in. He seems to want to leave me this way for I have no Idea how long. I wanted to know where the incision would be, what he would be doing in there and recover time, cost, and I was hoping to know how much longer I have to live this way. As I was making my way to the exit I asked again where the incision would be, this time he told me that. I still know nothing, still in pain, and very depressed! Thanks a lot, enjoy the $30 bucks. I will cut back on food.

I was very impressed typically I dont get to meet surgeon until I'm about to be rolled into surgery. To be able to sit down and have a conversation and get to know who is going to be taking care of me was really nice. He actually listened to my questions, enguaged with my son in conversation. We were treated like people that mattered vs coming in frustrated that he had to talk to us. Which we have experienced a lot in the past at other places. To sit and explain, go over what next steps we would take and break it down so I could understand what he was saying was extremely helpful. I left yesterday feeling confident that if I'm being operated on again that he's doing it. Never have I felt that way. Because I never get to meet the surgeon just the nurses. He set himself apart from others in many ways yesterday. So thank you, I look forward to figuring out the next steps and appreciate your bedside manner. I feel it gets lost sometimes. I have standards now that I didn't have before coming back in here yesterday. I'm happy the VA sent me over to SSM.

Dr Glomset and his Staff made sure I understood and agreed to the surgery and recovery plan. I viewed a video of robotic assisted knee replacement, on the Doctor’s website, prior to seeing him. The video helped me feel more comfortable with the procedure. Thank you all for your kindness!

Dr Glomset is amazing! He fully listened to all my concerns and took X-rays and ordered further testing, showed me what he was explaining to me and made me feel cared about and heard. I feel like I am in very good hands and so happy to be here at this facility.

Dr. Glomset is great. However, I had to wait in the waiting room 45 mins and another 10 to 15 mins. in the exam room. Once the Dr. came, it was nice to see that he wasn't going to hurry through the appointment even though things were behind.
