Excellent care. Always treats like a friend never has to look at a piece of paper to know who you are. I don’t care if it’s 6 months since you’ve seen him he knows the conversation you had before. I recommend everyone I know to him.

Check in was tedious since I had already filled out forms online, I did not understand why I had to fill out paper forms on site when I had been told to be there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Those forms could have been mailed or emailed to me very easily, and I could have had them ready. With so many forms, it took more than the 15 minutes to complete them. In addition, when I tried to schedule with Dr. Ponder two years ago to have my knee replaced, the appointment screener would not even let me get a consultation with him when it was very obvious that my knee needed replaced rather than just having a meniscus tear repaired. Dr. Ponder apologized for not being able to see me at that time due to the process. It would have eliminated having to have my knee replacement refurbished if I had been able to see him to begin with. I know there has to be a process for screening out procedures. He does not do, but all it would’ve taken was him seeing my x-rays to know that it was time for a replacement, but he was not given that opportunity and now I am having a second surgery as a result on the same knee.
