Brett Horst was nice but didn't recognize the urgency of my need for surgery and the pain I am experiencing. Seems no effort to get me "worked in" with Dr. Haynes & told me they'd "CALL ME IN A FEW DAYS" which never happened. So disappointed.

He was very personable and easy to talk to. He was NOT like an "I'm a dr and you are just a dumb patient and I know best and you know nothing" person. He was very easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. Love him!!!!! Glad he is my Dr.
