The lab tech who drew blood was the only negative thing that happened. She was preoccupied and obviously didn't want to be there. Not caring at all.

It is unusual and so refreshing & reassuring to have a physician sit and share all you can likely expect from a surgery, explain what you can do on your behalf, listen to you and answer all your questions. He looked at me, not at my chart. He engaged in conversation rather than talking at me. He was friendly and professional at the same time. He invited me to ask questions and provided thorough answers.
