Seemed to be a very caring individual; committed to her area of practice. she talked very loudly to me because I am old; she lowered her voice when I told her she was talking very loud. Suggest she asked about individuals background without assuming they know nothing about bone health. Felt a little condensing. In case there is not a place for me to write please please carefully explain admission procedures and location of service. I went to the admission desk first floor; clerk knew nothing about my appointment; then went to ortho practice only to be told I needed to go across the hall for registration. I am new to St. A system. The location in very congested area.
