I would have rated Dr. Griffin higher if he had been more detailed in explaining the MRI results to me in a way that clearly showed where/why I have these symptoms....and was more detailed in the prognosis and what I can expect...and therefore my self-treatment.
He is a kind and good doctor, but communication with patient could be improved. This seems to be a function of being so busy (needing to move on) and his own expertise (he understands the medical issue and the severity as well as prognosis/treatment) but doesn't explain as deeply as this patient needed.
