It's hard to explain. She is very professional, and dedicated to the practice of surgery. But, she let me know that she cared about me and wanted to get my broken heel fixed. That's rare. Many times, doctors don't know how to do that, so they distance themselves emotionally. Dr. Jessica Faught knows how to do both (surgery and caring)--brilliantly.

Dr. Faught agreed to treat my broken heel immediately. She worked with the urgent care to get me in right away, and I was able to have surgery the next day. I will never forget her compassion and care in dealing with me. I will recommend her to others.

Jessica is great at her job and a wonderful human being. She knew I was leaning heavily towards the ankle replacement surgery (because I’m tired of being in pain) so she presented that option first. This display of bedside manner and dealing with panicked humans tactfully is why I love having her as my doctor. Ultimately we ending up going a different way but that small tactic made a huge difference by making me feel heard and cared for.
